  1. The International Conference on 3D Systems and Applications (3DSA) and Information Photonics (IP) will be held on September 3-4, 2025. All the sessions will take place as convention. Please refer to the agenda at the conferences website.

¢ Registration Guide

 
      1. On-line registration is encouraged.
   
      2. Early Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), August 3 (Sun.), 2025.

      3. Online Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), August 17 (Sun.), 2025.

      4. Those who miss the above two deadlines may register on site during September 3-4, 2025.

      5. All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollar.

¢ Student Participants

  1. Student participants must display student ID card.
  2. Student participants may attend the reception on September 3 for an additional fee of TWD 1,200 per person.

¢ Payment

  1. All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollar by credit card, bank remittance, or cash.
  2. Early special rate is only available for Early Registration through the registration website and payment shall be completed by August 3, 2025.
  3. From August 4, 2025, all the unpaid registration will be requested with regular rate automatically.


¢ Cancellation, Refund and Invoicing

      1. Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent to the Registration Office.

         (1) For cancellation before August 17, 2025, refund of prepaid fees will exclude TWD 1,200 for administration charge.

         (2) For cancellation after August 17, 2025, no refund is applicable. If you are unable to attend the symposium in person, please note there are on registration refunds as all content will be available on demand after the conference.

      2. Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.

     3. All refund will be processed after the symposium conclude.

    4. The deadline for replacement of invoice is September 10 (Wed.), 2025.
