¢ Registration Announcement
1. The 2026 International VLSI Symposium on Technology, Systems and Applications will be held on April 13-17, 2026.
All the sessions will be conducted in person. Please refer to the agenda on the symposium website.
2. On-site participants will also be granted access to the Virtual Symposium, which is provided as an additional benefit.
3. Participants may access video presentations of each session through the Virtual Symposium platform.
If you are unable to attend in person, we strongly encourage participation via the Virtual Symposium.
UP to a 50% discount on the registration fee is available for Virtual Symposium participants, as shown in the table below.
4. Some presentations will be delivered by pre-recorded video during the on-site sessions.
These presentations will be clearly indicated in the agenda. Live Q&A session will be available only on-site attendees.
5. Tutorial handout and presentation files will be provided subject to the instructor's authorization.
6. In support of environmental sustainability, printed tutorial handouts will not be provided.
¢ Registration Guide
1. Online registration is strongly encouraged.
- Early Registration Deadline : 23:59(GMT+8), Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
- Regular Online Registration Deadline : 23:59(GMT+8), Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
2. Participants who miss above deadlines may register on-site from Monday, April 13 to Thursday, April 16, 2026.

¢ On-site Access Policy
1. Daily check-in : All participants are required to check in each day using their QR code for real-name traceability before entering the venue.
2. Badge issuance : Participants badges will be issued at the first on-site check-in.
3. Meal vouchers : Meal vouchers will be distributed at daily check-in from April 14 to April 16, 2026.
4. Health precautions : Please wear a mask if you are experiencing any respiratory symptoms.
¢ What is Virtual Symposium?
The Virtual Symposium is an online platform that allows participants to access video presentations and related symposium content during the designated open period.
2. Log-in : Please log in using the same email address and registration number used for your symposium registration before viewing the online presentations.
3. Virtual Symposium Open Period : Monday, April 21, 2026, 00:00-Tuesday, May 20, 2026, 23:59(GMT+8).

All content of the 2026 international VLSI Symposium on Technology, Systems and Applications is protected by copyright.
Please do not copy, download, reproduce, or distribute any copyrighted materials without prior written consent from the author.
¢ For Oral & Poster Presenters
Oral and poster presenters are required to register according to their role. Please select the appropriate role(s) during registration if you have multiple presentation roles.
¢ Student Participants
Student Group Registration is available for groups of at least four student registrants. All students in the group must have the same thesis advisor or doctoral advisor, and a group registration list must be submitted.
On-site Symposium Registration :
1. Eligibility : Groups of four or more students.
2. Discount : The 4th student and above are eligible for a 50% discount on the registration fee.
3. Student Identification : Student participants are required to present a valid student ID card at the symposium.
4. Important Note : Please note that the student group discount does not apply to oral or poster presenters.
¢ Payment
1. All payments must be made in New Taiwan Dollars(TWD) by credit card, bank remittance, or cash.
2. The Early Registration rate is available only for participants who complete registration and payment through the registration website by March 24, 2026
3. Beginning March 31, 2026, any unpaid registrations will be automatically charged at the regular registration rate.
¢ Cancellation, Refund and Invoicing
All cancellation notices and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Registration Office.
1. For cancellations on or before March 31, 2026, a refund of the prepaid registration fee will be issued after deducting
and administrative fee of TWD 1,200.
2. For cancellations after March 31, 2026, no refund will be issued.
If you are unable to attend the symposium in person, please note that no registration refund is available , as all symposium
content will be provided on demand after the symposium.
3. Authors who have uploaded their papers are not eligible for any refunds.
4. The deadline for invoice replacement requests is May 11, 2026.
