¢ Registration Announcement

The 2021 International Symposia on VLSI-TSA and VLSI-DAT will be held on April 19-22, 2021. All the sessions will take place as convention. Please refer to the agenda at the symposium website.
The symposia this year provides an extension, Virtual Conference. Due to COVID-19 pandemic, such extension is to serve those who cannot come over to attend the symposia. Attendees can access to the video presentations of each session at the Virtual Conference. If you cannot come to the conference site in Hsinchu, please register yourself as a Virtual Conference participant.
Some presentations will be delivered by pre-recorded video on-site. Those presentations will be remarked in the agenda. The Q&A of each session will only be available for attendees on-site.
Up to 50% discount for the Virtual Conference participants in registration fee as in the table below.
On-site participants will be able to the Virtual Conference to access , which is an additional benefit.

On-line registration is encouraged.
Early Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), March 19, 2021.
Online Registration Deadline: 23:59 (GMT+8), March 26, 2021.
Those who miss the above two deadlines may register on site during April 19-22, 2021.

¢ On-site Access Policy

According to the regulation by Central Epidemic Command Center, attendees with fever, respiratory symptoms, or potential exposure to COVID-19, should not enter the conference site, even though whose registration is acknowledged.
In compliance with COVID-19 prevention guidelines,

(1) Please check in the conference with QR Code every day, for the purpose of traceability by Real Name, before entering the site, and
(2) Please keep your face mask on at all time throughout the symposia.

¢ What is Virtual Conference?

The virtual conference will be open from April 23(TSA)/ April 26(DAT) to May 25, 2021. All materials will be offered On-Demand 24/7 in the conference website during Virtual Conference.

Please do not copy, download or disseminate any copyrighted content of 2021 International Symposia on VLSI-TSA and VLSI-DAT without written consent from the author.

¢ For Oral Presenter

ß For an accepted oral paper to be published in the proceedings, one of its co-author(s) MUST pay the FULL REGISTRATION fee.

Note that each accepted paper shall be accompanied by a different FULL REGISTRATION; that is, two FULL REGISTRATIONS

are required for presenting two papers even if the oral presenter is the same.

¢ Student Participants

Student Group Registration (Submit the registration list with a group of minimum 4 registrants and same thesis advisor/doctoral advisor.)

For selecting On-Site conference

Limitation	Minimum 4 people to unlimited
Discount	Each of the 4th to ∞ student benefits a 50% discount.

Student participants must display student ID card.

¢ Payment

All payments must be made in Taiwan Dollar by credit card, bank remittance, or cash.
Early special rate is only available for Early Registration through the registration website and payment shall be completed by March 19 , 2021.
From March 27, 2021, all the unpaid registration will be requested with regular rate automatically.

¢ Cancellation, Refund and Invoicing

Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent to the Registration Office.

(1) For cancellation before March 26, 2021, refund of prepaid fees will exclude TWD 1,200 for administration charge.

(2) For cancellation after March 27, 2021, no refund is applicable.

Authors who have uploaded their papers are NOT entitled to any refunds.
All refund will be processed after the symposia conclude.
The deadline for replacement of invoice is May 7, 2021.
