Additional Symposium Materials

NT$ 1,000 per copy

n The conference fee covers: attendance of tSSL conference, 2 break refreshments, 1 lunch and one set of conference materials (a handout).

n Early Bird Rate is only available for Early Bird Registration through the registration website, and payment shall be completed by April 15, 2019 Extended to April 19, 2019.

n Early Bird registration is completed only AFTER payment is received. From April 16, 2019, all the unpaid registration will be applied with current rate automatically.

n Local payment can be made by credit card / ATM / cash (on-site, with NO Early Bird Fee). For overseas payment, you can pay by credit card or cash (on-site, with NO Early Bird Fee). Please follow the instructions of payment method accordingly.

n ON-LINE payment by credit card will be secured by SSL.

n When the registration is completed, you will then receive a registration confirmation letter noticing together with your registration number by email.

n Starting May 7, the 2019 tSSL Conference Proceeding will be published on-line as PDF files at Program Session of the tSSL website. You may access and download by Registration Number and the appropriate Password, and we don't even have it in print or CD-ROM.

n For Sponsor registrations, you will receive Sponsor Group ID and password from Registrar, and please fill out Sponsor registration form on-line.

III. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

n Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent to the Registration Office. The following cancellation and refund policies will apply:

* Before 23:59 GMT+8, April 15, 2019: Refund of prepaid fees except for an administration charge of NT$1050.

* After 23:59 GMT+8, April 15, 2019: No refund is applicable.

* A set of the conference materials will be sent after the symposium.

* All refund will be processed after the conference has concluded.
